Hasmik Beglaryan is the Manager of Quality Measurement and Evaluation at Ontario Health, where she leads the measurement of health system performance with a focus on cancer care. Hasmik is a PhD student at the University of Toronto’s Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation, supervised by Dr. Hilary Brown. Her research focuses on cancer prevention and care for equity-deserving populations, particularly people with disabilities. Previously, she designed new models of care across the health system and led capacity-building initiatives in the long-term care sector. Across her roles, she turns evidence into practical measures and tools that help providers and decision-makers improve healthcare in Ontario.
